Ordering Process
To place a wholesale order, please click the "Place Order" button below or email us at info@bicoastalbotanics.com with the complete THCa flower SKU of each strain and the total weight you wish to order. Pricing tiers are cumulative; for example, ordering 5 lbs of 5 different strains qualifies you for the 25+ lbs pricing tier. We accept bank wire and ACH payments. Please note, we will process your order once funds have cleared into our account. ACH transfers may take up to 5 days to credit, resulting in approximately 7-8 business days to receive your order, including processing and shipping times. Wire transfers typically credit within a few hours, allowing us to begin processing your order for shipping promptly.

We charge actual UPS Hemp Account shipping rates for all of our THCa flower based on package dimensions and weight to your specific state and zip code. Our current processing time is 72 hours from receipt of payment to UPS pickup at our warehouses. We prefer not to ship on Fridays unless someone is available to receive the delivery on Saturday. This prevents your order from sitting in a non-climate-controlled UPS facility over the weekend, which could lead to decarboxylation. If you would like to request Saturday delivery, we would be happy to provide a shipping quote.

We do not offer refunds. However, we will exchange products for the same priced strain. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the THCa flower is damaged (e.g., mold, mildew, broken packaging). Exchange requests must be received within 48 hours of delivery; please email info@bicoastalbotanics.com with pictures and a description of the issue. Exchanges must be returned in their original packaging and resealed prior to return. We will not approve a return without proper documentation and receipt of the flower in its resealed original packaging.
